Processing Time

Please allow 24-72 hours to process your order.

 

Shipping Time

Standard, Expedited and Rush Shipping are all available.
(These range between 2 and 7 business days)

Expect delays during sales periods, holidays & national events.

 

Refunds / Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

Item must be returned in the same condition that it was received, unworn and unused. Tags and it’s original packaging are mandatory. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will receive instructions on how to return your items and items must be approved before you return them. Once the item is received and approved you will be issued a refund within 10 business days.

You will not be reimbursed for shipping.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Undergarments, sleepwear, bathing suits, and bodysuits cannot be returned and items that were on sale or purchase with gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want once it is returned except it is to make a separate purchase for the new item and you will receive a monetary refund.

Refunds

You will be notified once we received and inspect your return to let you know the refund amount or if it was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process or post to refine as well.

 

Lost / Stolen Packages

Since all packages will come with a tracking number, we are able to see exactly where the package is at all times. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

There will be no refund for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
